A West Cork roastery founded in 2017 by John and Tom.
They began with a tabletop 1kg roaster in an old stone shed next to Tom's house, and now roast on a 30kg IMF roaster, with 15 people across the roastery and shop.
The coffee shop at 35 Ashe St sells takeaway coffee, freshly roasted beans and brewing equipment. Each bag carries an album-inspired name.
Wholesale: we supply cafes, restaurants and workplaces. It starts with an on-site consultation covering workflow, layout, staff training, machinery, coffee selection, pricing and retail sales, followed by a written report. Email mairead@stonevalleyroasters.com.
